英文求职信范文

求职信是求职者写给用人单位的信，目的是让对方了解自己、相信自己、录用自己，它是一种私人对公并有求于公的信函。求职信的格式有一定的要求，内容要求简练、明确，切忌模糊、笼统、面面俱到。下面出国留学网小编就教大家求职信应该怎么写，欢迎阅读。

求职信和一般书信的格式大致相同，由以下六部分组成：

1.信头 heading

2.信内地址 inside address

3.称呼 salutation

4.正文 boby of latter

5.结束语 complimentary close

6.签名 signature

英文求职信的格式常用的有三种：

全齐头式 full-blocked form

半齐头式 semi-blocked form

折衷式 modified form

起头式要求信头，收信人地址，称呼语，正文，结束语及署名均上下对齐，常用于商业信件。

半齐头式要求信头，收信人地址，称呼语和正文均右边上下对齐。写信人地址，发信日期，结束语，署名等腰移至右边并上下对齐。

折中式又称混合式，其信头和收信人地址，称呼语，上下各自对齐，正文每段起行，向右缩进五个字母。 结束语及署名位于右下角。这种书写方便，目前使用较为方便。
