Aftermyelementaryandjuniorhighschooleducationatmyhometown,IwentonmyseniorhighschooleducationatapublicvocationaltechnicalhighschoolattheneighboringcountyFangshan.CoursesIhavetakenthereinclude:mechanicalstructure,aliedmechanicaldynamics,materialstrength,heattreatmentanalysis,andelectricalengineering.Ialsohadpracticecoursesonlathework,benchwork,casting,engineeringdrawing,andelectronictelevisionrepairskill.Aftergraduationfromthistechnicalschool,IfoundajobattheEvergreenTrafficCorp.WhenIhadworkedoneyearinmechanicaldesignandheattreatmentanalysis,IwasadmittedtotheComputerScienceDepartmentofBeijingItituteofTechnologies.

Comput♒erscienceeducationwasanexteionofmypursuitinelectronicknowledge,ithadledmeintotheworldofaliedelectronics.CoursesIhadtakenare:Calculus,ComputerProgramming,Computerarchitecture,algorithm,maintenance,systemanalysis,andsomerelatedcoursesinAccounting,Statistics,Operatingresearch,Digitalvalueanalysis.

Begiingatthesecondyearofcollege,IparticipatedinaworkstudyprogramandwasaignedtothecomputercenterofFarEastTextileCorp.aight-shiftcomputeroperator,ThecomputersIdealtwithwereCDC3300MSOSandIBM370-115DOS/Vystem.ThemajorworkIhaddonewasthesystemtraferenceofCDC3300:MSOStoIBM370-115DOS/VS.

In1989,IwasemployedbyChinaAutomobileCorp.asacomputerprogrammer,andwasinformedtoworkonthefirstofJune.

Forthefirstsixmonthsofmyservice,IwasinchargeoftheIBM4331;DOS/VSESystemOperation,andlaterondealtwithpersoel/payrollan☠dfinancingsystemprogrammingworks.Inthesec웃ondyear,Iwaromotedtobeasystemanalystforpersoel/payrollsystem.Inanattempttoupgradetheefficiencyofcomputerdataproceandtosimplifyusersoperatingprocedures,IredesignedthewholeworkingsystemandIsuccefullytraferredaBatchoperationfromorientedsystemtoon-linesystem.Inthethirdyear,Ientfivemonthsinthedevelopingofsuystemoffinancing-accounting.NosoonerhadIfinishedthatsystemthanIwasreaignedasaSuystemProgrammerinchargeofDOS/VSE,CICS,andVTAM.AtthatpositionIhavefullreoibilityforaffairsoftechnicaltraition,systemdevelopment,recruittraining,andnetworkcommunicatio.
