AbstractObjective：To explore the application experience of autologous blood transfusion in emergency ectopic pregnancy operation.Methods：45 cases with ectopic pregnancy operation were selected from January 2002 to December 2007.They were all given autologous blood transfusion treatment.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results：The intranperative general conditions of 45 cases were all improved.They were without the occurrence of transfusion reaction，and no obvious infection， hepatic and renal damage.Conclusion：Autologous blood transfusion is an effective method for rescuing patients with bleeding.It is easy operation，no need sp☼ecial equi⚥pment and materialsอ.It is worthy to be popularized in basic level hospital.

资料与方法

本组45例患者均未发生输血反应，术后亦无明显感染，肝、肾功能无损害。

术后5天，血常规检查44例患者Hb>70 g/L，术后均未输库血[2]，仅1例 讨论

宫外孕是妇产科常见的急腹症，起病急，发展快，严重时患者出现失血性休克，对生命造成威胁，我院曾有过因没有血源而转院途中死亡的病例。开展自体血回输以来，抢救了许多患者的生命，对于农村边远地区，离城市血库较远，取血不方便，实行自体血回输是抢救内出血患者（如宫外孕、肝、脾破裂）的一种有效方法。

自体血回输的优点：①血液不需要进行配型及疾病检验，不需要转运的过程，从而避免了上述过程中可能出现的技术性错误[3]，提高了输血的安全性。自体血回输不但节约了血源，而且能够减少异体血的不良反应和血源浪费。②回输血液镜检红细胞破坏-100 mmHg，否则过大的负压能够使得血液形成涡流、气泡，容易对血细胞造成破坏，或引起溶血的发生。

综上所述，在急性失血手术中，应用血液回输具有重要的价值，能够即刻提供合适的血液，不仅节约了血源，避免了异体输血导致血源性疾病的传染，而且几乎杜绝了异体输ฃ血时或输血后出现的不良反应，提高了抢救成功率，尤其对稀有血型患者，其应用价值更是不可估量的。同时，该法操作简单，无需特殊的器械、材料，在基层医院值得推广。
