Abstract:Some dispersion relations of optics phonon in periodic structure are studied in detail in theฝ article.The first, the dispersion relations of optics phonon in one-dimensional and the two-dimensional periodic st☑ructure which is maked up of cellulars which contain two atoms are studied by Newton’theory.Then ,dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure amd A/B/ C periodic structure and the macro- surface dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure contains defact are studied by the Huang Kun equationand and electrostatics theory.
