微波加干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果评价

[摘要] 目的 分析研究微波加干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。 方法 将83例尖锐湿疣患者分为两组，对照组（n=38）单独采用微波加热治疗，观察组（n=45）采用微波加干扰素联合治疗，连续用药治疗6周，웃停药后对患者进行为期3个月随访观察，统计复发情况，待出现疣体后，进行二次微波治疗，观察二次治疗后复发情况。 结果 观察组首次及二次治疗后疾病复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 临床治疗尖锐湿疣时，采用微波联合干扰素治疗，效果显著，可有效减少疾病复发，用药方便高效，值得推广应用。

Efficacy evaluation of microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminata

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the effect of microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma ทacuminata. Methods 83 patients with condyloma acuminata were divided into two groups，microwave heating was used in control group（n=38），while microwave combined with interferon were applied in observation group（n=45）.Both groups were provided with therapy for 6 consecutive weeks.After that，3-month follow-up visits were carried on participants.The conditions of recurrence were calculated and second-time microwave therapy was continued after appearance of wart body.The recurrence of second treatment was observed. Results The recurrence rate after first and second treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively，with statistical differences（P0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of condyloma acuminata in clinic，combination of microwave and interferon can obtain a remarkable effect and greatly reduce the recurrence.It is convenient and efficient in medication，and is worthy of expansion and application.

尖锐湿疣为一种常见的皮肤性疾病，由人乳头瘤病毒引起，经性接触传播，且疾病复发率较高，严重影响患者的身体健康以及生活质量水平[1]。本研究主要观察微波加干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

所选取的患者均未接受过激光、冷冻等物理治疗以及药物治疗，均为初诊患者。排除合并心血管疾病、肝肾疾病、妊娠或其他免疫功能异常及接受过其他治疗的患者[2-3]。

1.3 方法

治愈：原皮损治疗部位以及其周围均无任何疣体；复发：原发皮损部♫位以及周围有新疣体出现[4-5]。
