One of my most unforgettable experiences occurred on a day last summer, when I was handing out newspapers from door to door.

Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.

At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it. 　　就在半夜两三点种的时候，睡在地板上的方文宣和东东突然感到衣服湿漉漉了。他跳了起来，发现地上都是水，仔细一看，原来是他们家进水了。他赶紧叫醒了爸爸妈妈，他的爸妈又叫醒了邻居，只听耳旁一阵喧闹，那时我也被惊醒了。我向地板上看了看，啊！地板上都是水，房间里的水把鞋子也“浮起来了，家具和冰箱都浸在水里。大人们都在往外舀水，我们小孩子也想助大人一臂之力，可是大人们要我们继续睡觉，唉！发那么大的水灾，我还是第一次看到，哪还有心思睡觉啊！只见方文宣和（祖国在我心中作文）东东已经跪在地板上用抹布吸水了，我也赶紧去帮忙。那时方文宣的爸爸妈妈还有他们的邻居们一起用水桶往外面舀水，我们吸了很长时间的水了，可是水还有很多，大人说：“有可能是下水道堵塞，地板缝里的水下不下去，反而从里面冒出来，你们继续吸水”。方文宣妈妈到外面去看了看，果然是下水道堵塞，她用棍子捅了捅，下水道总算有点通了，水慢慢的开始往外流。那时我们还在拼命用布吸，房间里的水已经差不多被我们吸完了，外面走廊上的水也被妈妈爸爸舀的差不多了，那时我们高兴极了，啊！就剩下厨房了，这时，我们齐心协力，一起用小簸箕把水铲到外面去，终于厨房间里的水被我们解决了，我们松了口气，所有的水终于全被我们吸完了，那时，我爸爸也来接我了，我依依不舍得离开了他们家。

　　到了我的家，妈妈告诉我：“这是97年以来的上海最大的台风，叫‘麦莎’，那天晚上我还看了报纸，看到这场水灾给上海的农作物带来了严重的影响，也有很多人家里因为电线短路而触电身亡。
