A study suggests that dirty air can reduce lung development. Researchers at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles published their work in a magazine.安徽对口高考

About 1,700 children from different communities in Southern California took part in the study. The scientists tested the children every year for eight years, starting at age ten. They say this is the longest study ever done on air pollution and the health of children.

The scientists found that children who lived in areas with the dirtiest air were five times more likely to grow up with weak lungs. Many were using less than eighty percent of normal lung strength to breathe.

The damage from dirty air was as bad as that found in children with parents who smoke. Children with reduced lung power may suffer more severe(严重的) effects from a common cold, for example.

　　2016年高考报名将于11月15日启动，虽然安徽明年高考采用全国卷，但这并不影响高考报名工作。和2015年高考报名相比，新一年的报名条件和程序都没有变化。对于大学生和高一高二年级学生报名进行了严厉禁止。

　　报名时间

　　2016年普通高考报名分两个时间段：

　　第一阶段：2015年11月15-17日艺术类考生参加高考文化课报名

　　15-16日为应届毕业生报名时间，17日为非应届考生报名时间。所有艺术类考生须同时参加艺术类专业课省统考报名(自2016年开始，我省普通高考艺术类招生按美术与设计类、音乐类、戏剧影视类和舞蹈类分别实行专业课省统考)，美术与设计类和音乐类考生在高考文化课报名的同时进行艺术类专业课报名，戏剧影视类和舞蹈类专业课报名时间另行通知。

　　艺术类专业课省统考的实施办法另行公布。

　　第二阶段：2015年12月1-7日除艺术类之外的所有普通高校招生考试报名

　　包括普通文理科、体育类及保送生、高校自主选拔录取、高职院校自主招生以及运动训练、民族传统体育招生、残疾考生单独招生、职教师资班等等，其中，1-5日为应届毕业生报名时间，6-7日为非应届考生报名时间。2015年12月9-10日，普通高校对口招收中等职业学校毕业生(对口招生)报名。

　　考生须按规定时间完成高考报名手续，逾期不予受理。

　　考生报名需交验：户口本、第二代居民身份证、学生证等相关材料。另外，历届高中毕业生还须持高中毕业证书

　　【高考加分政策】

　　加分政策共分三大类

　　1.全国性加分项目4项。即烈士子女(10分)，归侨、华侨子女、归侨子女和台湾省籍考生(10分)，自主就业退役士兵(10分)，在服役期间荣立二等功(含)以上或被大军区(含)以上单位授予荣誉称号的退役军人(20分)。

　　2.地方性加分项目2项。即侨眷、港澳同胞及其眷属(5分)，少数民族聚居地区少数民族考生(我省享受高考政策加分的少数民族聚居地区名单详见《实施方案》)(5分)。

　　3. 2015年1月1日之前在高级中等教育阶段取得以下项目有关奖项、名次、称号的应届考生，仍具有加分资格，加分分值为5分。

　　(1) 体育特长生加分项目。包括获得“重大国际体育比赛集体或个人项目前6名、全国性体育比赛个人项目前6名”“国家二级运动员(含)以上称号”的考生;

　　(2) 中学生学科奥林匹克竞赛加分项目。包括获得全国中学生(数学、物理、化学、生物学、信息学)奥林匹克竞赛全国决赛一、二、三等奖的考生;

　　(3) 科技类竞赛加分项目。包括获得全国青少年科技创新大赛(含全国青少年生物和环境科学实践活动)、“明天小小科学家”奖励活动、全国中小学电脑制作活动一、二等奖，国际科学与工程大奖赛或国际环境科研项目奥林匹克竞赛奖项的考生;

　　(4) 思想政治品德有突出事迹加分项目。限获市级以上表彰见义勇为者。

　　经教育部审定，我省体育特长生政策加分的规定项目为田径、篮球、足球、排球、乒乓球、武术、游泳、羽毛球等8项。对申请加分考生的运动员(二级及以上运动员)等级资质由省体育局进行复核复测，省教育招生考试院按相关标准组织测试。具体安排另文通知。

　　加分申报截止时间为2015年12月31日。
