如何提高高考英语听力水平

摘要：高考英语总分150分，其中英语听力就占了30分，五分之一的比重，在20分钟左右就要完成。相比完型和阅读，听力相对容易。然而大部分学生都认为听力是英语学习中的一大难关，听力成绩要想提高很难。他们觉得听力枯燥乏味，甚至对听力练习产生恐惧心理，到最后干脆放弃了听力的学习，接着对英语这一科目失去兴趣。因此，要掌握合理的方法，提高兴趣，循序渐进把英语听力提高。

在教学过程中，我发现只要了解掌握了影响听力效果的因素，注意学习方法、循序渐进、持之以恒，要提高英语听力水平并不难。提高英语听力不能只靠考试时候认真听，更要注重平时的基础练习和基本功的练习。因此，我将分成两大块来阐述提高英语听力的方法：
一、平时综合积累打下扎实的基本功；二、考试做听力的一些小技巧。
一、平时综合积累打下扎实的基本功
第一、用英语进行课文整体教学
用听说贯穿整堂课教学，教师可利用教材中的词汇，句子和一些习惯表达法进行英语教学。教师可以根据学生水平选择词汇，用英语解释生词，介绍课文大意。同时让学生听课文录音，模仿录音，复述课文大意，作口头回答问题练习。这样，就使以听为基础的听、说、读贯穿整堂课，让学生在潜移默化中提高了听力水平。
第二、要求学生注意语音、语调
好的语音语调可以帮助学生培养好的语感，增加英语学习自信和兴趣。强化语音训练，教会学生英语中的连读、同化、不完全爆破、弱读、重读、升调和降调等一些语音、语调变化和语速的控制。培养学生良好的语感以及让学生熟悉、模仿标准的英语对话和朗读，纠
正不正确的发音，辨别相似音素之间的区别。
第三、扩大词汇量，提高听力能力
词汇量的扩大是整个英语学习的关键，也是提高听力能力的关键。如果没有一定量的词汇作基础，我们就无法把所听到的这些音与其所代表的义联系起来，那么也就失去了听的意义。因此，要想提高听力能力就必须先扩大词汇量。扩大词汇量的渠道有许多，在教学中我也经常教给学生一些行之有效的方法，如：按结构记单词、按读音规则记单词、分类记单词，按联想法记忆单词等等，注意采取多种形式来帮助学生扫除词汇方面的障碍。 第四、加强听写和听力训练
听写是训练听能力的一种好手段。这对学生语言能力的全面发展很有帮助。因为学生既要听懂，又要用文字记录下来。听写的形式可以听写单词、句子、段落空缺填词等。虽然这种题型没有出现在考试中，但平时有必要这样练习，能有效的帮助提高听力的综合能力。 第五、丰富听力材料，增加学生听力兴趣
学生听的词汇听力和课本录音听力都是一个风格，听久了之后学生容易造成疲乏和厌倦。为了帮助学生提高兴趣，教师可以利用现代教学教具和网络资源，如利用一些简易的英文美文朗诵材料做填词练习，利用一些简短电影片段模仿对白，也可以让学生改编成简易话剧表演出来。这样不仅丰富了听力材料，也有助于提高学生学习兴趣。
第六、让学生多开口，培养语感，运用语感
要求学生每天听20分钟左右的英语，最好安排在下午英语高考听力考试的时间段，让学生尽早适应听的氛围。与此同时，鼓励学生在课余时间给自己创造一个“疯狂英语”的语言环境，把听说结合起来。通过听运用已学过的知识掌握新的知识、句型、语法。使之与说、读、写有机地结合起来，达到语言能力的全面提高。
二、考试做听力的一些小技巧。
第一、学会调整自己的心态和情绪
考试时考生一定要把自己的心态调整到最佳，保持一颗平常心。听录音时，积极主动，充满自信，千万别急燥，急燥不安是听力考试中的大忌。在听力考试中，对听不懂的内容，要暂时放下，不要耗费太多时间去琢磨，一直放不下从而影响后面答题。
第二、抓紧时间先看题目，学会抓关键词，学会预测的方法
高考听力前一般有五分钟看题时间，一定要抓紧时间先看题目，特别是题量较多，题目较长的段落。在看题同时，进行听力预测，要善于利用前后句、上下文加以推测和判断、特别注意关键词、暗示语、过渡句、信号词等。学会抓住关键词，有些题目的选项就是一两个关键词不一样，对重点的关键词可以做下划线或打圈的标记。此外，很多同学在平时做了大量训练，有一定经验和推理预测能力，这个能有效的帮助我们减轻听力的难度。 For example:（1）

第三、学会快速记录关键信息
考生要边听边记录，把主要信息记下来，尤其是做获取信息题时，往往考生听到的对话或独白较长，涉及的内容也很多，考生即使听得很清楚，但由于材料信息量较大，记忆的东西很多，听过之后有些信息便会忘掉。如时间、日期、年份、价格、距离、人名、地名等，这时都可以用阿拉伯数字或者自己能看懂的符号记下来，以便加深印象有助于判断，然后选出正确答案。例如：

许多听力材料中涉及数字，例如年代、日期、价格、数量等等，并且会以基数词、序数词、分数、小数、百分比等形式出现，这就要求考生辨别各种形式的数字，还要熟悉数字之间的关系。例如：

3．学会简易的听力速记技巧
高考听力的第二部分Longer Conversation所占时间较长，如果考生能够培养一定的速记技巧，有助于保持部分听力内容，帮助记忆。毕竟高考的长篇对话时间并不算太长，高三考生只要进行初级的入门速记锻炼，不必把听到的所有内容写下来，只要捕捉一些关键性问题即可，比如时间、地点、数字以及相关信息等等。考生可以尝试运用速记符号,运用字母的缩写形式
