健康卫士先进事迹材料-白荣 自1995年参加工作后一直从事护理工作，先后在本院门诊

部、、手术室、急外科工作，多次获得耀州区卫生局先进工作者、优秀护士,“杨瑞辉式的好

护士”等荣誉，现是外科护士长和手术室负责人。在十五年的临床护理工作中，我积极拥护

党的路线、方针和政策，爱岗敬业，积极投身于护理事业的发展和维护、促进人民身心健康

的各项工作中，为我院的医疗护理工作作出了积极的贡献。我坚持加强政治学习，十分重视

自身道德素质的修养。

多年来，一幕幕让人心痛或感动的情感洗礼和一次次与病人并肩作战的经历，让我深深

懂得，作为一名白衣天使，必须要有一丝不苟的工作作风，要有良好的技术水平、严肃认真

的科学态度，严密的组织纪律性和对病患者大公无私的关爱。在工作中，我热心接待病员，

关心病员疾苦，耐心听取病员意见，勤奋细心地做好每一项护理工作。前年冬天，一位老人

遭遇车祸后送到急诊科，病人家属一时连系不上，而病人由于腰椎损伤，致使大小便失禁，
